Guided visualisations, meditations & imagination techniques, etc. are all made use of, if desired, as well as coaching techniques to help you become the person you aspire to be or improve something particular in your life. This helps you to break free from being the person you have been till now & who people expect you to be.
What most people need help with is the patterns & behaviours that once served but are now restricting personal growth. Relationship coaching doesn't just help you with others, it is about helping you with your self so that you can find a way of coming into true relationship with others. Your confidence plays a large part in how you interact with others & the confidence coaching work frees you up to interact.
My name is Bill Grant & I offer coaching & guidance with your troubles & aspirations, in a confidential nurturing space. The coaching & guidance is based on a Psychospiritual understanding of life that sees that our dilemmas are caused by our attempts to grow & change & that the disturbances we experience happen because that growth challenges our old childhood defenses & protection systems.
It is not your actual past that is causal to your suffering, it is your movement towards new growth that triggers your past experiences causing you psychological disturbance. Working with this psychological disturbance allows some of your old experiences to be reframed by the adult that you now are, & this allows you some relief & forward movement.
Most of my clients desire help with the everyday matters that they may otherwise take to a Counsellor or Psychotherapist such as relationships issues, work issues, understanding their behaviours, looking at their childhood, giving up bad habits, depression, stress, confidence, freeing themselves from addictions or anxiety, coping with change etc.etc.etc. This is all related to personal growth.
